Refund / Exchange Policy

Order cancellation: Once an order is sent to production, via automatic fulfilment, it is too late to cancel or make changes, as printing happens automatically and swiftly. Because of the custom nature of the transaction, physical products sold by Swan Pro Pics on www.swan-pro-pics.co.uk are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

The cancellation or refund of digital images is at the discretion of Swan Pro Pics. Please contact Kym.

Please check all orders thoroughly before making a purchase.

Items Damaged In Transit

If an item is received damaged please contact Kym within 7 days of receiving your product. Please quote your order number and include photos. Kym will then contact the provider with the information so it can be investigated and a replacement sought. The final decision lies with the supplier and not Swan Pro Pics.

All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products in all cases.

Swan Pro Pics will not accept items that have been intentionally physically damaged or abused.

However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Swan Pro Pics shall have the right to refuse any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
